We are using the purchases of this album to fund the process of releasing prisoners in Malawi, Africa. These are prisoners who have served over half of their term, are elderly, sick, and have good behavior. These prisons are truly terrible, and most prisoners have never had true justice or a even a real trial. Charles Msukwa has released 100’s of prisoners in the past few years with this method, of physically bringing judges to the prisons. The last 2 Cement Ship prison fundraisers successfully released 44 people from Maula Prison in Lilongwe, Malawi! This 12 track collection was recorded live inside Bzyanzi, Ntchisi, and Nkhotakota prisons by Tim Brady in July, 2018.
